Covenant Hills is one of nine distinct villages in Ladera Ranch, California. This is the master planned community’s only gated neighborhood and residents enjoy breathtaking views of pastures, orchards and valleys.
Covenant Hills is located in the southern region and is situated on 722 acres with 15 neighborhoods including Amarante, Las Piedras, Montanez, Legacy Collection, Castillina, and Skye Isle. These homes were built by several builders like Pardee Homes, The Warmington Group, and Shea Homes. There are a variety of single family homes and condominiums. There is also one custom home tract.

The Covenant Hills Village Club features exotic gardens as well as a pool and water park. There are seven trails for hiking and walking that connect to several destinations. And there are 16 community parks.
The Capistrano Unified School District provides award winning facilities like Oso Grande Elementary School, Ladera Ranch Middle School, and Tesoro High School. There are also private school options including Stoneybrooke Christian School which is within this community as well as Mission Montessori and Our Savior’s Lutheran School nearby. There are many higher learning institutions in this area and close by you’ll find Soka University of America in Aliso Viejo and Saddleback College in Mission Viejo.
For the golf enthusiast there is the Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo. This club features 18 holes designed by Tom Lehman and Casey O’Callaghan. And the Marbello Country Club in San Juan Capistrano offers a Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish designed course.
